INSANE SPRAYING

The State of California and the EPA have decided to spray cancer-inducing, environmentally destructive chemicals over the entire San Francisco Bay area (including waterways, wetlands, homes, playing fields, cities, farms and towns) to "control" a "pest" which has not even been confirmed to exist there and certainly does not present a hazard to any crop or plant species. Eradicating the Light Brown Apple Moth (LBAM) is apparently such a high priority that, should the Governor of California decide to prohibit the spraying of Checkmate (R), a nano-plastic delivery system bonded to an insect pheromone, the EPA will step in and take over jurisdiction to make sure that the spraying takes place EVERY 30 DAYS FOR 5 TO 10 YEARS.

The nano-particle plastic breaks down in the environment in about 70 days. How long does it take to break down in your lungs and what happens when it does? Who knows. Why is San Francisco being punished -- or experimented upon? Or is it slated for extermination? Under the US Biological Agents Act such experimentation is terrifyingly legal. WHY EPA'S HEADQUARTERS UNION OF
SCIENTISTS OPPOSES FLUORIDATION

The following documents why our union, formerly National Federation of Federal Employees Local 2050 and since April 1998 Chapter 280 of the National Treasury Employees Union, took the stand it did opposing fluoridation of drinking water supplies. Our union is comprised of and represents the approximately 1500 scientists, lawyers, engineers and other professional employees at EPA Headquarters here in Washington, D.C.

The union first became interested in this issue rather by accident. Like most Americans, including many physicians and dentists, most of our members had thought that fluoride's only effects were beneficial - reductions in tooth decay, etc. We too believed assurances of safety and effectiveness of water fluoridation.

Then, as EPA was engaged in revising its drinking water standard for fluoride in 1985, an employee came to the union with a complaint: he said he was being forced to write into the regulation a statement to the effect that EPA thought it was alright for children to have "funky" teeth. It was OK, EPA said, because it considered that condition to be only a cosmetic effect, not an adverse health effect. The reason for this EPA position was that it was under political pressure to set its health-based standard for fluoride at 4 mg/liter. At that level, EPA knew that a significant number of children develop moderate to severe dental fluorosis, but since it had deemed the effect as only cosmetic, EPA didn't have to set its health-based standard at a lower level to prevent it.

We tried to settle this ethics issue quietly, within the family, but EPA was unable or unwilling to resist external political pressure, and we took the fight public with a union amicus curiae brief in a lawsuit filed against EPA by a public interest group. The union has published on this initial involvement period in detail.¹

Since then our opposition to drinking water fluoridation has grown, based on the scientific literature documenting the increasingly out-of-control exposures to fluoride, the lack of benefit to dental health from ingestion of fluoride and the hazards to human health from such ingestion. These hazards include acute toxic hazard, such as to people with impaired kidney function, as well as chronic toxic hazards of gene mutations, cancer, reproductive effects, neurotoxicity, bone pathology and dental fluorosis. First, a review of recent neurotoxicity research results.

In 1995, Mullenix and co-workers² showed that rats given fluoride in drinking water at levels that give rise to plasma fluoride concentrations in the range seen in humans suffer neurotoxic effects that vary according to when the rats were given the fluoride - as adult animals, as young animals, or through the placenta before birth. Those exposed before birth were born hyperactive and remained so throughout their lives. Those exposed as young or adult animals displayed depressed activity. Then in 1998, Guan and co-workers³ gave doses similar to those used by the Mullenix research group to try to understand the mechanism(s) underlying the effects seen by the Mullenix group. Guan's group found that several key chemicals in the brain - those that form the membrane of brain cells - were substantially depleted in rats given fluoride, as compared to those who did not get fluoride.

Another 1998 publication by Varner, Jensen and others⁴ reported on the brain- and kidney damaging effects in rats that were given fluoride in drinking water at the same level deemed "optimal" by pro-fluoridation groups, namely 1 part per million (1 ppm). Even more pronounced damage was seen in animals that got the fluoride in conjunction with aluminum. These results are especially disturbing because of the low dose level of fluoride that shows the toxic effect in rats - rats are more resistant to fluoride than humans. This latter statement is based on Mullenix's finding that it takes substantially more fluoride in the drinking water of rats than of humans to reach the same fluoride level in plasma. It is the level in plasma that determines how much fluoride is "seen" by particular tissues in the body. So when rats get 1 ppm in drinking water, their brains and kidneys are exposed to much less fluoride than humans getting 1 ppm, yet they are experiencing toxic effects. Thus we are compelled to consider the likelihood that humans are experiencing damage to their brains and kidneys at the "optimal" level of 1 ppm.

In support of this concern are results from two epidemiology studies from China^{5, 6} that show decreases in I.Q. in children who get more fluoride than the control groups of children in each study. These decreases are about 5 to 10 I.Q. points in children aged 8 to 13 years.

Another troubling brain effect has recently surfaced: fluoride's interference with the function of the brain's pineal gland. The pineal gland produces melatonin which, among other roles, mediates the body's internal clock, doing such things as governing the onset of puberty. Jennifer Luke⁷ has shown that fluoride accumulates in the pineal gland and inhibits its production of melatonin. She showed in test animals that this inhibition causes an earlier onset of sexual maturity, an effect reported in humans as well in 1956, as part of the Kingston/Newburgh study, which is discussed below. In fluoridated Newburgh, young girls experienced earlier onset of menstruation (on average, by six months) than girls in non-fluoridated Kingston.⁸

From a risk assessment perspective, all these brain effect data are particularly compelling and disturbing because they are convergent.

We looked at the cancer data with alarm as well. There are epidemiology studies that are convergent with whole-animal and single-cell studies (dealing with the cancer hazard), just as the neurotoxicity research just mentioned all points in the same direction. EPA fired the Office of Drinking Water's chief toxicologist, Dr. William Marcus, who also was our local union's treasurer at the time, for refusing to remain silent on the cancer risk issue.⁹ The judge who heard the lawsuit he brought against EPA over the firing made that finding - that EPA fired him over his fluoride work and not for the phony reason put forward by EPA management at his dismissal. Dr. Marcus won his lawsuit and is again at work at EPA. Documentation is available on request.

The type of cancer of particular concern with fluoride, although not the only type, is osteosarcoma, especially in males. The National Toxicology Program conducted a two-year study¹⁰ in which rats and mice were given sodium fluoride in drinking water. The positive result of that study (in which malignancies in tissues other than bone were also observed), particularly in male rats, is convergent with a host of data from tests showing fluoride's ability to cause mutations (a principal "trigger" mechanism for inducing a cell to become cancerous) e.g.^{11a, b, c, d} and data showing increases in osteosarcomas in young men in New Jersey¹² , Washington and Iowa¹³ based on their drinking fluoridated water. It was his analysis, repeated statements about all these and other incriminating cancer data, and his requests for an independent, unbiased evaluation of them that got Dr. Marcus fired.

Bone pathology other than cancer is a concern as well. An excellent review of this issue was published by Diesendorf et al. in 1997.¹⁴ Five epidemiology studies have shown a higher rate of hip fractures in fluoridated vs. non-fluoridated communities.^{15a, b, c, d, e.} Crippling skeletal fluorosis was the endpoint used by EPA to set its primary drinking water standard in 1986, and the ethical deficiencies in that standard setting process prompted our union to join the Natural Resources Defense Council in opposing the standard in court, as mentioned above.

Regarding the effectiveness of fluoride in reducing dental cavities, there has not been any double-blind study of fluoride's effectiveness as a caries preventative. There have been many, many small scale, selective publications on this issue that proponents cite to justify fluoridation, but the largest and most comprehensive study, one done by dentists trained by the National Institute of Dental Research, on over 39,000 school children aged 5-17 years, shows no significant differences (in terms of decayed, missing and filled teeth) among caries incidences in fluoridated, non-fluoridated and partially fluoridated communities.¹⁶ The latest publication¹⁷ on the fifty-year fluoridation experiment in two New York cities, Newburgh and Kingston, shows the same thing. The only significant difference in dental health between the two communities as a whole is that fluoridated Newburgh, N.Y. shows about twice the incidence of dental fluorosis (the first, visible sign of fluoride chronic toxicity) as seen in non-fluoridated Kingston.

John Colquhoun's publication on this point of efficacy is especially important.¹⁸ Dr. Colquhoun was Principal Dental Officer for Auckland, the largest city in New Zealand, and a staunch supporter of fluoridation - until he was given the task of looking at the world-wide data on fluoridation's effectiveness in preventing cavities. The paper is titled, "Why I changed My Mind About Water Fluoridation." In it Colquhoun provides details on how data were manipulated to support fluoridation in English speaking countries, especially the U.S. and New Zealand. This paper explains why an ethical public health professional was compelled to do a 180 degree turn on fluoridation.

Further on the point of the tide turning against drinking water fluoridation, statements are now coming from other dentists in the pro-fluoride camp who are starting to warn that topical fluoride (e.g. fluoride in tooth paste) is the only significantly beneficial way in which that substance affects dental health.^{19, 20, 21} However, if the concentrations of fluoride in the oral cavity are sufficient to inhibit bacterial enzymes and cause other bacteriostatic effects, then those concentrations are also capable of producing adverse effects in mammalian tissue, which likewise relies on enzyme systems. This statement is based not only on common sense, but also on results of mutation studies which show that fluoride can cause gene mutations in mammalian and lower order tissues at fluoride concentrations estimated to be present in the mouth from fluoridated tooth paste.²² Further, there were tumors of the oral cavity seen in the NTP cancer study mentioned above, further strengthening concern over the toxicity of topically applied fluoride.

In any event, a person can choose whether to use fluoridated tooth paste or not (although finding non-fluoridated kinds is getting harder and harder), but one cannot avoid fluoride when it is put into the public water supplies.

So, in addition to our concern over the toxicity of fluoride, we note the uncontrolled - and apparently uncontrollable - exposures to fluoride that are occurring nationwide via drinking water, processed foods, fluoride pesticide residues and dental care products. A recent report in the lay media²³ that, according to the Centers for Disease Control, at least 22 percent of America's children now have dental fluorosis, is just one indication of this uncontrolled, excess exposure. The finding of nearly 12 percent incidence of dental fluorosis among children in un-fluoridated Kingston New York¹⁷ is another. For governmental and other organizations to continue to push for more exposure in the face of current levels of over-exposure coupled with an increasing crescendo of adverse toxicity findings is irrational and irresponsible at best.

Thus, we took the stand that a policy which makes the public water supply a vehicle for disseminating this toxic and prophylactically useless (via ingestion, at any rate) substance is wrong.

We have also taken a direct step to protect the employees we represent from the risks of drinking fluoridated water. We applied EPA's risk control methodology, the Reference Dose, to the recent neurotoxicity data. The Reference Dose is the daily dose, expressed in milligrams of chemical per kilogram of body weight, that a person can receive over the long term with reasonable assurance of safety from adverse effects. Application of this methodology to the Varner et al.⁴ data leads to a Reference Dose for fluoride of 0.000007 mg/kg-day. Persons who drink about one quart of fluoridated water from the public drinking water supply of the District of Columbia while at work receive about 0.01mg/kg-day from that source alone. This amount of fluoride is more than 100 times the Reference Dose. On the basis of these results the union filed a grievance, asking that EPA provide un-fluoridated drinking water to its employees.

The implication for the general public of these calculations is clear. Recent, peer-reviewed toxicity data, when applied to EPA's standard method for controlling risks from toxic chemicals, require an immediate halt to the use of the nation's drinking water reservoirs as disposal sites for the toxic waste of the phosphate fertilizer industry.²⁴

On April 24, 2008, The Arizona-Republic, published a hit piece on Sen. Karen Johnson, who currently serves in the Arizona State Legislature. This piece of drivel is titled, 'Drinking the 9/11 Kool-Aid.' As you can see by reading it, the author believes that no elected official should question any aspect of the Bush Administration's fairy tale of the events of September 11, 2001. This has been the prevailing attitude of the so-called mainstream media, including cable "news" networks since that day. Anyone questioning the hoax perpetrated on the American people is a Kool-Aid drinker or worse.

I've written many columns on OKC, WACO, TWA Flight 800 and 9/11, so I'm not going to rehash them here. I am proud to call Sen. Karen Johnson my friend. She is an extraordinary woman who has consistently and steadfastly stood up for the U.S. Constitution and we the people. Unlike these news editors all across this country, Sen. Johnson is not afraid to look at facts, evidence and use common sense when looking at an event such as 9/11 and concluding there are legitimate questions that need answers.

However, according to smarmy sycophants like Bill O'Reilly, Dan Abrams, Shallow Sean Hannity and hundreds of newspaper editors around this country, there is no way rogue elements within the Bush Administration would ever allow 3,000 Americans to be slaughtered. Why, it's simply preposterous! End of story. Shut up and go shopping. That might have worked for past events, but millions of Americans, with good reason, do not trust this government and do not believe their bald faced lies about 911.

As for prior knowledge, there is no question the FBI, under the Clinton Administration, knew and did NOT stop the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center. The FBI was running the operation and allowed it to happen. There can be NO misunderstanding on that one:

"The New York Times later reports on Emad Salem, an undercover agent who will be the key government witness in the trial against Yousef. Salem testifies that the FBI knew about the attack beforehand and told him they would thwart it by substituting a harmless powder for the explosives. However, an FBI supervisor called off this plan, and the bombing was not stopped. [New York Times, 10/28/1993]

"Other suspects were ineptly investigated before the bombing as early as 1990. Several of the bombers were trained by the CIA to fight in the Afghan war, and the CIA later concludes, in internal documents, that it was "partly culpable" for this bombing (see January 24, 1994). [Independent, 11/1/1998] 9/11 mastermind Khalid Shaikh Mohammed is an uncle of Yousef and also has a role in the WTC bombing (see March 20, 1993). [Independent, 6/6/2002; Los Angeles Times, 9/1/2002] One of the attackers even leaves a message which will later be found by investigators, stating, "Next time, it will be very precise." [Associated Press, 9/30/2001]"

This factual accounting of Salem and the sting operation came out during trial and cannot be disputed. What shocked me is that for once, the truth actually appeared in the NY Times, which, unfortunately, has become nothing more than a propaganda rag over the years. At the time, millions of Americans should have demanded not only criminal indictments against the FBI personnel involved, but the removal of the Director of the FBI and the Attorney General for allowing this act of terrorism to happen. It didn't happen, either because Americans didn't know or didn't care.

I have covered every major tragedy in this country since Ruby Ridge, where a man and his family were terrorized by "our government." A son killed from being shot in the back, a mother shot through the head by a very large caliber bullet while holding her eight-month old baby - over a wrong court date. All accomplished under one of the most evil females walking this earth, Janet Reno. This incompetent lesbian also ran the murder of almost 100 Americans at WACO; 17 children were gassed and burned to death while America watched. The Ron Brown murder, TWA Flight 800, WACO and 911, you name it, I've watched them and the cover ups unfold in living color on the boob tube because I work at home.

Don't tell me the feds didn't know the Murrah Building was a target and when it was going to happen. This is an official FBI teletype; Patrick Briley exposed it in a recent column. Note the important words: "RE OKLAHOMA CITY TELETYPE TO DIRECTOR AND ALL FIELD OFFICES DATED APRIL 11, 1995." The process is underway to get the April 11, 1995, document. The feds knew. They knew this was a terrorist operation and have protected the guilty for 13 long years. Many of the players in Ruby Ridge, WACO and OKC were given promotions or went on to bigger and better jobs outside the FBI or ATF. They are accessories to murder and they draw pensions from the sweat of your labor. It is no different with 911 and only continued, massive pressure by we the people is going to force a real investigation and grand jury indictments.

Patrick Briley and other courageous journalists have been unraveling the pieces and there is NO doubt the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, the OKC bombing and 911 are connected. The players are the same. The terrorists organizations are the same and other than the Internet, every major newspaper in this country - despite being given the hard facts, times, dates and places, continue to remain silent while known terrorists are operating in this country, protected by the Bush Administration.

Patrick has spent the last 13 years of his life on this and was finally able to secure a meeting with California Congressman Dana Rohrabacher scheduled about a month ago. Patrick lined up four of the top experts on the OKC bombing, one of them my dear friend, Brigadier General Ben Partin, U.S.A.F. (Ret.). (See videos 4 & 5 in the links section.) The meeting was canceled because Rohrabacher had more important things to do. BULL. I know the circumstances of this meeting, how it was canceled and the refusal by Rohrabacher to reschedule is because he is engaged in a cover up as well as others:

"An analysis of conduct by some of Oklahoma's US Senators, Congressmen and a former governor from OK, reveal that these men too were and continue to be accessories after the fact to the murder of the 169 people killed in the OKC bombing. They are accessories to murder "after the fact" because they learned about the criminality of the FBI and DOJ officials and their operation in the OKC bombing soon afterwards (before in the case of Istook and Keating) and intentionally have protected FBI and DOJ officials they knew were accessories to murder in OKC."

Since 911, every major newspaper in this country has poo-poo'd any questioning of the events of 911 and the attack on Sen. Johnson is just another example of so-called journalists and reporters who have been shaming their profession for years by not investigating the legitimate questions raised about 911. Instead, like lackeys who kiss the boot straps of their masters, they, as well as every single cable anchor on CNN. FAUX (FOX) and MSNBC, have ridiculed and mocked even the families of 911 who have legitimate questions.

Every major newspaper in this country, including cable networks have done nothing to substantiate any of the Bush Administration's claims about 911. They have swallowed it hook, line and sinker. They lie without hesitation or shame; the courts have said it's perfectly okay for the media to lie to you.:

"On February 14, a Florida Appeals court ruled there is absolutely nothing illegal about lying, concealing or distorting information by a major press organization. The court reversed the $425,000 jury verdict in favor of journalist Jane Akre who charged she was pressured by Fox Television management and lawyers to air what she knew and documented to be false information. Americans in huge numbers have been pounding on the media ("mainstream") and cable networks for years to ask the legitimate questions about TWA, OKC, WACO and 911. Impeccable researchers like Patrick Briley have brought forth 100% verifiable FACTS about the known terrorists operating in this country and the refusal by members of Congress to demand the FBI round these killers up before they execute another attack on unsuspecting Americans. People say where is the media? They are sitting on their backsides playing political games and partying with those they're supposed to be watching, while a clear threat to this country grows unchecked. Rags like the Arizona-Republic would rather attack a great American like Sen. Johnson than endanger their paychecks by actually looking into the facts about 911. Gutless cowards whose paychecks are earned by lies, deception and omission.

These newspapers and news networks are complicit in covering up the truth about these horrific events and they do NOT deserve your financial support. If you keep funding the enemy, they will continue lying and obfuscating the truth until more Americans die. I wouldn't vote for Dana Rohrabacher, Sen. Inhofe or Sen. Coburn for all the tea in China because I know that they KNOW the truth about OKC and have covered it up because they are cowards. They have lost their man hood because they treasure the power of their office over the truth and saving American lives. If this sounds harsh, walk in my shoes for the past 18 years of research and investigating. I don't spend my time fishing on the weekends, although I love fishing and used to go 40-50 times a year; it is now seven years since I used my fishing gear. I don't spend my time at the mall, ball games or in front of the stupid tube getting my head filled with trash. I read, I investigate, I do radio and all of this takes time. A lot of time. Investigative journalists do all this research, not just for people to read, but to act on to hold elected public servants accountable and to stop the complete annihilation of this country.

It's about time the American people started taking the issue of known terrorists in this country being protected by the Bush Administration very seriously. This is no game, no hyperbole and no conspiracy theory. NWVs, at great expense, has made printer friendly available for their columnists. Print out some of Patrick's columns and send them to your member of Congress and tell him/her that you WILL make these cover ups a major issue anywhere they speak between now and November. Congress as a body has passed major pieces of legislation since 911 gutting the Bill of Rights, nullifying posse comitatus and habeas corpus while allowing KNOWN terrorists to run free in this country and murder Americans. Get out there to these town hall meetings and political events and let your fellow Americans know the truth.

Get copies of some of some of Patrick's detailed columns to your sheriff with a polite note that you want to know why the feds are covering up the facts about known terrorist cells in this country? If they get enough of them, someone will start asking questions. Will you or your loved one be the next victim of a terrorist attack? Think it can't happen in your city or town? The Reagan, Bush, Clinton and Bush Administrations have allowed our borders to remain open, providing an easy entry for terrorists to enter this country and they aim to kill us.

Cancel your subscription to major newspapers in this country and state newspapers like the Daily Oklahoman and the Arizona-Republic and tell them why you will no longer give them your money. They are deliberately withholding the truth from the American people and attack anyone, including elected public officials like former State Rep. Charles Key [R-OK] and Sen. Karen Johnson [R-AZ], who have the duty and obligation to investigate murders in their state or actions by the federal government. These big city newspapers have the power to expose the lies and warn the American people, yet they remain silent. Why continue to reward them?

A handful of conglomerates now own all the media in America, electronic and print. The so-called "investigative" journalism coming out of these publications and "news" networks are politically driven, not truth driven. They are censoring the truth. I realize small town newspapers don't have the resources to hire investigative journalists, but they can pick up columns from the Internet which contain factual, credible research. Why don't they? I attribute it to laziness or if they're owned by one of the big conglomerates, they don't dare. Fine. They don't get my money and they shouldn't get yours. Is the sports page that important?

If the "right to know" media who crow so much about the First Amendment refuse to tell the American people the truth and report the HARD facts presented by researchers like Patrick Briley, they will be complicit in the next terrorist attacks. I monitor FAUX (FOX), CNN and MSNBC, but I do not purchase any products from their advertisers except the ASPCA; I'm an angel. Flesh peddler and porn channel king, Rupert Murdoch, is an enemy of this country. A globalist who cares nothing for our sovereign republic and look at how much control of information his conglomerate has; see here. Murdoch supported Bush's unconstitutional, illegal invasion of Iraq and had this to say: "Said Murdoch of the war, "The greatest thing to come out of this for the world economy, if you could put it that way, would be $20 a barrel for oil. That's bigger than any tax cut in any country" (Guardian, February 11, 2003)." Now he has thrown his support to the most accomplished liar running for president, Marxist Hillary Clinton.

Let me repeat myself: If you keep funding your enemy, you continue to give them the power to destroy you. I'm sorry about my fellow Americans who work for propaganda rags like the Denver Post, the Sacramento Bee, the NY Times, etc., but we cannot falter or waver in our quest for the truth because lives of Americans depend on forcing these mass mediums to either tell the truth or close their doors. It's as simple as that. If you cut your enemy slack, they will kill you.

HAARP, Chemtrails, and New War Technologies

As we head into a millennium of what appears to be perpetual war, new technologies are unfolding with nightmarish possibilities.

In previous years, Coastal Post writers have tackled the issue of HAARP, (High Frequency Active Aural Research Project), a research project undertaken jointly by the US military and various corporations (currently Raytheon). The project involves "over the horizon" radar applications. It also holds the ability of acting as an earth tomography instrument. Besides these activities, some observers believe that HAARP is behind the mysterious (and officially denied) "chemtrails."

Ah, those chemtrails. You see them, I see them, the planes responsible for them are clearly visible in a typical day, but according to military and governmental spokespeople, they simply are not there. On a recent December trip into Sonoma, I watched as planes painted them on the sky ahead of me, clouding in the bright horizon over the Sonoma wine country. On the trip back, they were being painted in over the Novato ridgeline, and then again, on the southeast shoulder of Mount Tam. Last night, while watching "The Bourne Identity" on video, the telltale clouds were clearly visible in the movie scenes that had been shot in Paris.

Unlike normal condensation trails, these trails do not dissipate after ten minutes or so. Instead, they expand outwards, remaining as huge cloud like projections, often the length of the sky, floating there for hours after their release. Some observers of this issue claim that these chemtrails can consist of laboratory created RNA, aluminum oxide, ethylene dibromide, barium, and other yucky things. Some chemtrails include polymer fibers. If so, they hold a plethora of risk for the humans below, including neurological disturbances, heart problems, breathing problems, etc.

Critics claim that this chemical porridge allows our DNA to be infiltrated and re-arranged, without our consent. So the activity could be acting like a vaccination program without the consent of the population upon whom it is inflicted. Some known side effects of these chemical trails are increased cases of nosebleeds, asthma, allergies, pneumonia, and upper respiratory complaints with flu-like symptoms.

There are now universal discussions, via the Web, of just how the barium salts, dimethyl bromides, etc. are being discharged into the atmosphere by military and civilian aircraft worldwide. Clifford Carnicom, an expert on chemtrails states, "the results of the current research are now sufficient to establish an analytical basis for the formal investigation of radical atmospheric changes induced by the relatively recent aircraft aerosol operations." Barium and aluminum particles were at one point in our country's history used for cloud-seeding, a practice that fell into disfavor when it was realized that such particles disrupted human health.

An airline manager agreed to talk to civilian investigators about these phenomena. "Airline companies have been participating in something call Project Cloverleaf for a few years now. The earliest date anyone remembers being briefed on it is 1998. I was briefed on it in 1999.

"They told us that the government was going to pay our airline, along with others, to release chemicals from commercial aircraft." The informant then detailed how the government agents would not answer directly any questions related to what the chemicals that would be released were, nor would they explain the actual purpose of this activity. All that was said was that this activity would be "in the public's best interest."

But why would our government decide to create this program? One possibility is that in a frantic campaign to reduce the amount of sunlight hitting our atmosphere by 1 to 2%, a reflective barrier needs to be established in our skies, worldwide. In other words, a way to offset global greenhouse warming.

The other possibility is that as part of the HAARP mission, a particulate grid must be created to allow for the operation of an "over-the horizon" radar system.

HAARP itself is located halfway between Anchorage and Fairbanks Alaska. Its first phase was completed in 1995, and it employed a 3 by 6 grid of 18 antennas. There are three towers designed to transmit extremely low frequency (ELF) waves. When these towers signal such beams on up through the atmosphere, into the ionosphere, they affect the electrojet (the high altitude jetstream, with ultra-high speed winds, that have a good deal to do with the weather patterns on earth below) in a controlled manner. The main strategy consists of beaming these ELF waves in such a way as to hit at right angles to the electrojet. This causes the river of electro-magnetic energy to spread sideways.

But where the discussion of chemtrails and HAARP manage to converge is in the creation and distribution of the chemically enhanced grids. Do these planes with their effluvia spreading out in patterns over our skies have to do with a shielding? Or perhaps a gridding of the planet that would enable the HAARP emissions to flow into the grid and somehow affect the radar capabilities, the weather, etc.?

It is also known that various activities related to HAARP allow for vast earth tomographic investigations. In the US war against Afghanistan, the many tunnels and caves where various Afghans hid during our bombing campaign were mapped out by various new technologies.

The Afghani War was fought mainly by the forces of the United States at night. Using night vision and other devices, we could see in the dark, the enemy could not. Nick Begich, a long-time investigator into HAARP, is predicting that as the Second Iraqi War begins, our new technologies will have completely mapped out those underground installations where Saddam's "weapons of mass destruction" are hidden away.

Interestingly enough, the new technology suggests the totally interwoven structure of the military industrial complex, now a single entity and as powerful as the predicted beast that Eisenhower spoke of. Already, Haliburton, (Vice-President Dick Cheney's corporation), has used technology such as HAARP to allow that corporation to ascertain where underground oil fields exist and where they do not, so that the decisions to drill are always profitable.

Also some of those who have investigated HAARP are also concerned about other applications employing microwave technology that can be used as "mind-control" weapons over civilians. In recent months, Newsweek detailed how a vending machine already exists that can send out a subliminal "audio" signal to whatever human being may be walking by it, with the suggestion that "You are thirsty now. Wouldn't you like a soda." And as this suggestion exists below the normal conscious sensory apparatus of a human, it has an extremely powerful effect. The entire experience takes place through beaming microwave energy at the hapless human.

All over this County, phone crews are updating cable installations, optic fiber channels, and other high tech installations. Some critics have pointed out that these installations could easily carry the "mind-control" microwave pulse signal devices as well. With these devices the subliminal message might not be involved with purchasing sodas, but with causing indifference to an unwanted war.

My reporting on these activities and devices may seem crazy to some readers. However, even if there are no devices to directly manipulate us by the Powers that be, there are other concerns. These include indirect health risks that the cell phone antenna technology, the relentless ELF activity of HAARP playing with the strings of chemtrails in the sky, occurring each minute of each day, might be causing. We as a species have never experienced an onslaught of such electromagnetic pollution before. Although the earth itself operates through a giant magnetic field, the current that it puts out is direct current, not the pulsing emanations of these waves. We are now a guinea pig species. What will come of these experiments will only be known as time unfolds.

Mullenix is also one more casualty of the fluoride wars. She had nothing to do with the fluoride issue originally, but became involved as part of her work. All she "knew" about fluoride when she started was that it was supposedly good for your teeth. She was not excited about performing the research, but was doing it because she was asked. Her research results were published in Neurotoxicology and Teratology (Vol.17, No. 2, pp.169-177, 1995), the leading scientific journal in the field. Before that paper was published, she presented her findings at the National Institute of Dental Research (NIDR) in Maryland, a division of the National Institute of Health (NIH). When she arrived at the NIDR, in her words, "I had no idea what I was getting into. I walked into the main corridors there and all over the walls was 'The Miracle of Fluoride'. That was my first real kick-in-the-pants as to what was actually going on." She said that the display ridiculed the people against fluoridation. "I thought, 'Oh great!' Here's the main NIH hospital talking about the 'Miracle of Fluoride' and I'm giving a seminar to the NIDR telling them that fluoride is neurotoxic!"[48] After her presentation to the NIDR, she met with toothpaste representatives who asked her if she was saying that their products lowered the IQs of children, and Mullenix responded, "basically, yes." That marked the end of her career.

When she excitedly announced to her employers that her paper on the

intelligence of rats was being published, three days later she was fired.

Right after she was fired, her former employers asked her which journal was

going to publish her work. By that time, she realized that they wanted to

block its publication, so she did not tell them. Subsequently, funding has

dried up for that kind of research, though immediately after Mullenix was

fired, Colgate gave a $250,000 grant to Forsyth (for a job well done?). The

unique equipment Mullenix developed to test rat intelligence was mysteriously

destroyed before she could recover it.

Dr. Mullenix was then given an unfunded research position at Children's

Hospital in Boston, but with no equipment or money. Mullenix said, "The

people at Children's Hospital, for heaven's sake, came right out and said

they were scared because they knew how important the fluoride issue was...Even

at Forsyth they told me I was endangering funds for the institution if I

published that information."[49]

Mullenix has since applied to the NIH for a research grant to further her

research, and was turned down. The NIH told her that fluoride had no central

nervous system effects, period. How the NIH concluded that, when about the

only published research shows deleterious effects, is curious indeed. The

work Mullenix did, as well as other recent studies[50], has shown that the

fluoride ion is particularly damaging to the brain's hippocampal region,

which is its learning center.

Mullenix' fate is common, and my work documents many instances of scientists

and others arriving at the "wrong" answers, and having their careers

destroyed. Other scientists who had their careers ruined for coming up with

the "wrong" answer regarding fluoridation include Dr. Allan S. Gray of

British Columbia and Dr. John Colquhon of Auckland, New Zealand.

In light of Hodge's secret work for the Manhattan Project, and the secret

memos and secret studies that are the tip of the iceberg, every

pro-fluoridation effort that uses Hodge's name is tainted. It was with

interest that I read Fluoride and Dental Caries. It is a recent book on the

subject, published in 1986. The book is a compendium on fluoridation,

drawing on various experts in the field. Hodge co-wrote a chapter on

fluoride toxicity, and he wrote a chapter dealing with objections to

fluoridation. Reading that book was another enlightening process, when I got

over my anger. The book gives the appearance of looking at fluoridation from

many aspects, but appearance is the operative word. Hodge's work we already

know is suspect, to put it mildly, and I looked there first.

Hodge's co-author on the toxicology chapter was another fluoridation

luminary: Frank Smith from the University of Rochester. With that

professional pedigree and affiliation with Hodge, it is nearly certain that

Smith was also deeply involved with the Manhattan Project. I take it for

granted that with that background, I can trust nothing they write. It is

instructive to see the blind spots in their work, and what they are obviously

hiding. When Smith and Hodge stated that "No substantive evidence of ill

health has ever been offered in children or adults as a result of consuming

drinking water containing optimal concentrations of fluoride,"[51] they are

voicing the nuclear establishment's damage control opinion, because there is

substantial evidence of harm, but they chose to ignore it. When they say,

"Since the Danish experience (in the 1930s) crippling fluorosis in an

industrial setting has never been seen in the United States or Europe,"[52]

take a grain of salt with that statement. With just one declassified study,

out of many that exist and are still secret, definite harm occurred, though

by playing semantics games we could say they were not "crippled," just

toothless, though the long-term effects are unknown, which might be in

another classified study. People getting violently ill from du Pont's

fluoride cloud is another invisible event, at least to the public, when Hodge

and Smith wrote their masterpiece of disinformation. The worst air pollution

disaster in U.S. history happened in October 1948 in Donora, Pennsylvania,

when an air inversion layer formed over the town for four days, and fluoride

emissions from U.S. Steel's zinc and steel facilities killed twenty people

and seriously injured hundreds more. If the inversion layer had lasted one

more day, a thousand people may have died. U.S. Steel and the PHS conspired

to cover-up the disaster, with records missing to this day.[53]

Throughout Fluoride and Dental Caries, there were instances of "looking" at

objections to fluoridation, and the appearance of looking at them was

undertaken. The close relationship between ALCOA, the other fluoride

polluters and the early fluoridation researchers is nowhere mentioned,

although it is well documented and is consistently one of the biggest issues

raised by fluoridation's opponents. A table on the "anti-science" arguments

against fluoridation was even produced on page 130, in a chapter titled

"Legal, Social and Economics Aspects of Fluoridation," that even mentioned

the "Communist conspiracy" aspect of fluoridation. Nowhere was mentioned

the obvious economic incentives of fluoride polluters to manage the

fluoridation issue, and the well-documented instances of them funding and

influencing the fluoridation research, even when it is merely the smoking gun

of conflict of interest. The authors of that chapter, including the book's

editor, trotted out the words "pseudoscientist" and "quack" to describe

fluoridation opponents and their "anti-science." In the chapter purporting

to look at the broad spectrum of issues regarding fluoridation, the ALCOA and

fluoride polluter issue was spectacularly absent.

In Fluoride and Dental Caries, one area caught my interest. In Hodge's

chapter on fluoridation objections, he presented experimental evidence by a

group of chemists that showed the fluorine ion benign to human chemistry.

The research was used to discredit John Yiamouyiannis, who uses the very same

research to show how the fluorine ion wreaks havoc in the body. Hodge

interpreted the original research, qualifying and minimizing the conclusions,

and then he presented the experimental work of pro-fluoridation pal

Armstrong. Hodge concluded that the research showed that the fluorine ion

was relatively harmless by itself. That part was interesting, because it is

the first time that I have seen Yiamouyiannis' science challenged, beyond his

cancer statistic analyses with Dean Burk. With knowing Hodge's extreme and

formerly secret bias, I cannot trust his writing, particularly regarding the

fluoride ion and human harm, but it was interesting reading. When anybody is

proven a systematic liar, can you believe anything they say? How do you

separate fact from fiction in those cases? The only way I know is to

entirely reject their work and become your own expert.

Here are some quotes regarding the biological damage the fluorine ion does to

human health, the kind you will not find in pro-fluoridation propaganda like

Fluoride and Dental Caries. Yiamouyiannis' contentions are herein supported.

"Fluorides are general protoplasmic poisons, probably because of their

capacity to modify the metabolism of cells by changing the permeability of

the cell membrane and by inhibiting certain enzyme systems. The exact

mechanism of such actions is obscure." - Journal of the American Medical

Association, Sept 18, 1943. (before the propaganda steamroller really got

going in 1947)

"The fluoride ion exerts its toxic effect by inhibiting the action of many

enzyme systems." - Hugo Theorell, M.D., Nobel Prize winner for his research

in the field of enzyme chemistry.

"We ought to go slowly. Everybody knows that fluorine and fluorides are very

poisonous substances and we use them in enzyme chemistry to poison enzymes,

those vital agents in the body. That is the reason things are poisoned;

because enzymes are poisoned, and that is why animals and plants die." -

James B. Sumner, Director of Enzyme Chemistry, Department of Biochemistry and

Nutrition, Cornell University, and a Nobel Prize winner for his work in the

field of enzyme chemistry.

"The data indicated that drinking water with as little as 1 PPM shortened the

life span of mice an average of nine per cent. This was true whether death

was due to cancer or non-cancerous diseases. The only notice proponents of

fluoridation gave to this work was to discredit it as much as possible. ...

In experiments where the drug was added directly to suspensions of cancer

tissue before inoculation into eggs or mice, sodium fluoride stimulated the

growth of cancer tissue in concentrations of one part in more than 20

million. Scientists at Cambridge University (British Medical Journal, Oct

26, 1963) discovered that concentrations of sodium fluoride as low as one

part in ten million inhibited the growth of a culture of human tissue. ...

the growing weight of scientific evidence that water-borne fluorides, even at

1 PPM, have toxic possibilities must finally be recognized." - Alfred

Taylor, Ph.D., Clayton Foundation, Biochemical Institute, University of

Texas, Austin Texas, 1965.

"The terrifying conclusion of the studies was that fluorine greatly induced a

cancer tumor's growth. If doctors and the public can be made aware of this

catastrophe, fluoridation shall end quickly. It will someday be recognized

as the most lethal and stupid "Health Program" ever conceived by the mind of

man, witch doctors and blood-letters not excepted."

"In 1969 the country of Sweden intended to fluoridate their water supply due

to the strong advice of Professor Yngve Ericsson, a Swedish dentist who was

also the senior representative on the World Health Organization's Expert

Committee on Fluoridation. However, it was then found that Professor

Ericsson coincidentally was the holder of two highly-profitable patents on

fluoride toothpaste!" - Alfred Taylor, June 13, 1970 the Gothenburg Post

(Sweden); August 5, 1970 the News Register (Sweden); and May 1, 1970 Norsk

Folkehelselag (Norway).

"In 1978, the West German Association of Water and Gas Experts rejected

fluoridation for legal reasons, and because 'the so-called optimal fluoride

concentration of 1mg/liter is close to the dose at which long-term damage to

the human body is to be expected.'" - Chemical and Engineering News, August

1, 1988.

All in all, the tremendous blind spots regarding fluoride polluters, diet and

caries, the severe biases regarding the harm done by fluorides, and Hodge's

secret mission on behalf of the nuclear establishment rendered Fluoride and

Dental Caries virtually worthless, except as an instructive exercise in

propaganda. With the now-known nuclear industry's very active though secret

management of the fluoridation issue, books like Fluoride and Dental Caries

are examples of "pseudoscience" in the strongest sense.

The situation of industry and government corrupting science is far from

confined to the fluoridation issue. Today, ethyl alcohol, the substance that

every drunkard knows well, is added to American gasoline to increase its

octane rating. It works great. It was also used eighty years ago. In the

1920s, ethyl alcohol was replaced by tetraethyl lead as an octane booster.

Why? As it turns out, nobody could patent ethyl alcohol and make big

monopoly profits from putting it into gasoline. Therefore, General Motors,

Standard Oil and du Pont conspired to make a new, patentable chemical, and

tetraethyl lead was introduced into American gas tanks. Even though even Ben

Franklin remarked on lead's well-known toxic qualities hundreds of years ago,

and even ancient Romans and Greeks wrote of its toxic properties,

industrially-funded scientists in the 20th century labored mightily to make

lead appear safe to ingest, even though they knew how deadly tetraethyl lead

really was. It is unknown just how many people got sick and died from the

effects of lead being spewed into the air during the era of tetraethyl lead,

but it is certainly not inconsiderable. In 1985, the EPA estimated 5,000

lead-related heart disease deaths per year, prior to the tetraethyl lead

phase out. The lead content of American bloodstreams has fallen

precipitously since tetraethyl lead was outlawed. The most notorious of the

industrial laboratories that produced the lead "research" was Kettering

Laboratories.[54] For generations, Kettering and its industrial sponsors

controlled all the lead research. The "Kettering" of Kettering Laboratories

was Charles Kettering, the inventor and General Motors executive. Kettering

Laboratories is not the only "medical" foundation that he helped bankroll.

The Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, the leading cancer research

institute in the world, is named after Kettering and his buddy, General

Motors CEO Alfred Sloan, another noted "philanthropist." Kettering

Laboratories also was instrumental in making aluminum appear to be a benign

substance, and Kettering's efforts on the fluoridation issue are well known.

HAARP, Chemtrails, and New War Technologies

As we head into a millennium of what appears to be perpetual war, new technologies are unfolding with nightmarish possibilities.

In previous years, Coastal Post writers have tackled the issue of HAARP, (High Frequency Active Aural Research Project), a research project undertaken jointly by the US military and various corporations (currently Raytheon). The project involves "over the horizon" radar applications. It also holds the ability of acting as an earth tomography instrument. Besides these activities, some observers believe that HAARP is behind the mysterious (and officially denied) "chemtrails."

Ah, those chemtrails. You see them, I see them, the planes responsible for them are clearly visible in a typical day, but according to military and governmental spokespeople, they simply are not there. On a recent December trip into Sonoma, I watched as planes painted them on the sky ahead of me, clouding in the bright horizon over the Sonoma wine country. On the trip back, they were being painted in over the Novato ridgeline, and then again, on the southeast shoulder of Mount Tam. Last night, while watching "The Bourne Identity" on video, the telltale clouds were clearly visible in the movie scenes that had been shot in Paris.

Unlike normal condensation trails, these trails do not dissipate after ten minutes or so. Instead, they expand outwards, remaining as huge cloud like projections, often the length of the sky, floating there for hours after their release. Some observers of this issue claim that these chemtrails can consist of laboratory created RNA, aluminum oxide, ethylene dibromide, barium, and other yucky things. Some chemtrails include polymer fibers. If so, they hold a plethora of risk for the humans below, including neurological disturbances, heart problems, breathing problems, etc.

Critics claim that this chemical porridge allows our DNA to be infiltrated and re-arranged, without our consent. So the activity could be acting like a vaccination program without the consent of the population upon whom it is inflicted. Some known side effects of these chemical trails are increased cases of nosebleeds, asthma, allergies, pneumonia, and upper respiratory complaints with flu-like symptoms.

There are now universal discussions, via the Web, of just how the barium salts, dimethyl bromides, etc. are being discharged into the atmosphere by military and civilian aircraft worldwide. Clifford Carnicom, an expert on chemtrails states, "the results of the current research are now sufficient to establish an analytical basis for the formal investigation of radical atmospheric changes induced by the relatively recent aircraft aerosol operations." Barium and aluminum particles were at one point in our country's history used for cloud-seeding, a practice that fell into disfavor when it was realized that such particles disrupted human health.

An airline manager agreed to talk to civilian investigators about these phenomena. "Airline companies have been participating in something call Project Cloverleaf for a few years now. The earliest date anyone remembers being briefed on it is 1998. I was briefed on it in 1999.

"They told us that the government was going to pay our airline, along with others, to release chemicals from commercial aircraft." The informant then detailed how the government agents would not answer directly any questions related to what the chemicals that would be released were, nor would they explain the actual purpose of this activity. All that was said was that this activity would be "in the public's best interest."

But why would our government decide to create this program? One possibility is that in a frantic campaign to reduce the amount of sunlight hitting our atmosphere by 1 to 2%, a reflective barrier needs to be established in our skies, worldwide. In other words, a way to offset global greenhouse warming.

The other possibility is that as part of the HAARP mission, a particulate grid must be created to allow for the operation of an "over-the horizon" radar system.

HAARP itself is located halfway between Anchorage and Fairbanks Alaska. Its first phase was completed in 1995, and it employed a 3 by 6 grid of 18 antennas. There are three towers designed to transmit extremely low frequency (ELF) waves. When these towers signal such beams on up through the atmosphere, into the ionosphere, they affect the electrojet (the high altitude jetstream, with ultra-high speed winds, that have a good deal to do with the weather patterns on earth below) in a controlled manner. The main strategy consists of beaming these ELF waves in such a way as to hit at right angles to the electrojet. This causes the river of electro-magnetic energy to spread sideways.

But where the discussion of chemtrails and HAARP manage to converge is in the creation and distribution of the chemically enhanced grids. Do these planes with their effluvia spreading out in patterns over our skies have to do with a shielding? Or perhaps a gridding of the planet that would enable the HAARP emissions to flow into the grid and somehow affect the radar capabilities, the weather, etc.?

It is also known that various activities related to HAARP allow for vast earth tomographic investigations. In the US war against Afghanistan, the many tunnels and caves where various Afghans hid during our bombing campaign were mapped out by various new technologies.

The Afghani War was fought mainly by the forces of the United States at night. Using night vision and other devices, we could see in the dark, the enemy could not. Nick Begich, a long-time investigator into HAARP, is predicting that as the Second Iraqi War begins, our new technologies will have completely mapped out those underground installations where Saddam's "weapons of mass destruction" are hidden away.

Interestingly enough, the new technology suggests the totally interwoven structure of the military industrial complex, now a single entity and as powerful as the predicted beast that Eisenhower spoke of. Already, Haliburton, (Vice-President Dick Cheney's corporation), has used technology such as HAARP to allow that corporation to ascertain where underground oil fields exist and where they do not, so that the decisions to drill are always profitable.

Also some of those who have investigated HAARP are also concerned about other applications employing microwave technology that can be used as "mind-control" weapons over civilians. In recent months, Newsweek detailed how a vending machine already exists that can send out a subliminal "audio" signal to whatever human being may be walking by it, with the suggestion that "You are thirsty now. Wouldn't you like a soda." And as this suggestion exists below the normal conscious sensory apparatus of a human, it has an extremely powerful effect. The entire experience takes place through beaming microwave energy at the hapless human.

All over this County, phone crews are updating cable installations, optic fiber channels, and other high tech installations. Some critics have pointed out that these installations could easily carry the "mind-control" microwave pulse signal devices as well. With these devices the subliminal message might not be involved with purchasing sodas, but with causing indifference to an unwanted war.

My reporting on these activities and devices may seem crazy to some readers. However, even if there are no devices to directly manipulate us by the Powers that be, there are other concerns. These include indirect health risks that the cell phone antenna technology, the relentless ELF activity of HAARP playing with the strings of chemtrails in the sky, occurring each minute of each day, might be causing. We as a species have never experienced an onslaught of such electromagnetic pollution before. Although the earth itself operates through a giant magnetic field, the current that it puts out is direct current, not the pulsing emanations of these waves. We are now a guinea pig species. What will come of these experiments will only be known as time unfolds.

Fragile life support systems in our environment are being manipulated, tested, and altered by government for military advantage. Air Force documents implied, "the risks are high but the rewards are worth it." The mixture of barium salts, supporting moisture, is encouraged along the weather fronts and manipulated in a control fashion. It is believed microwave energy is also utilized in the weather control program. Weather data is also a required input to the VTRPE program of the RFMP system.

In the broadest sense, weather control can be divided into two major categories: suppression and intensification of weather patterns. In extreme cases, it might involve the creation of completely new weather patterns, attenuation or control of severe storms, or even alteration of global climate on a far-reaching and/or long-lasting scale. In the mildest and least controversial cases it may consist of inducing or suppressing precipitation, clouds, or fog for short times over a region. Other low-intensity applications might include the alteration and/or use of near space as a medium to enhance communications, disrupt active or passive sensing, or other purposes. The primary areas include generation and dissipation of precipitation, clouds, and fog; modification of localized storm systems; and the use of the ionosphere and near space for space control and communications dominance.

And you thought all you needed was another election?

Obama and McCain complicit in plan to destroy the nation

No, this is not a conspiracy theory hatched in an Idaho cabin by a crackpot. It's a fact, and a very alarming and sad fact at that.

The fact is this: Barack Obama and John McCain, along with most of the rest of Congress and the other two branches of the government, are complicit in a plan to destroy the nation from within. At best, that makes them unpatriotic; at worst, it makes them subversive.

The plan was first written in the early twentieth century and has been revised extensively by successive administrations and congresses. The key features of the plan are listed below. After that, a summary is provided of the progress that has been made to date in implementing the plan. And after that, you are given recommendations on what you can do to protect yourself from the plan.

The Plan

• Disconnect U.S. currency from gold or other precious metal, thereby allowing politicians to print money to hide their profligate spending. In the process, debase the currency, punish savers, and create bubbles and wild market fluctuations.

• Establish an unaccountable and unelected agency to manage the money supply and, in theory, to maintain the soundness of the dollar without political interference. Mandate that the agency's governors be elected by the banks they're supposed to supervise. Then later, tell the agency that in addition to maintaining the dollar, it also has the contradictory mission of maintaining full employment.

• Under the guise of fairness, implement a tax on personal income, thus allowing politicians to buy votes and campaign contributions by giving tax breaks, subsidies, and handouts to some people at the expense of other people. Then hide the tax by automatically withholding it from the pay of workers. At the same time, make the tax code so complicated that the nation's best and brightest students can make more money by becoming tax lawyers, tax accountants, and lobbyists instead of scientists and engineers.

• Discourage people from saving for old age, staying together as families, and being self-reliant--by establishing policies, programs, entitlements, and agencies to supposedly take care of them from cradle to grave and to protect them from their bad choices. Also, engage in Ponzi schemes and make promises that can't be kept. Then have the Supreme Court rule that Congress has no legal obligation to keep the promises it makes.

• Create market distortions, product shortages, and high prices by interfering with free markets and free trade. (Health care is a good place to start.) Blame CEOs and capitalism for the market failures caused by government interference. Then, in a vicious circle, use the market failures as a reason to increase government interference and political power, even nationalizing industries if possible.

• Maintain a government monopoly over K-12 education and a monopsony in textbook publishing. That way, students will grow up to be voters who don't know about the plan and what is being done to them by the government. And some of them will become reporters who don't have the education or intellectual curiosity to tell voters about the plan or ask presidential candidates why they support the plan.
  

Progress to Date

• Government now consumes 45 percent of national income. The total cost of government and government regulations is $27,000 per household, or 60 percent of average household income.

• The tax code is 40,000 pages, and there are 35,000 registered lobbyists in Washington, DC.

• A consumer-is-king market in health care was destroyed by the government 66 years ago, there are now over 100,000 pages of health care regulations, and most Americans now believe that the solution to what ails health care is more government control, which caused the problems in the first place.

• Nearly 60 percent of Americans get government subsidies or handouts, or live in a household in which the primary wage earner either works for the government or works in a job in private industry that depends on government regulations. Having moved beyond the tipping point, it is impossible to end the growth of government in the voting booth.

• Each American under the age of 18 is being bequeathed over $700,000 in government debt and unfunded liabilities for entitlements and public pensions. By 2060, 80 percent of gross domestic product will be consumed by the government, if present trends continue.

• The personal savings rate is now negative, the government-caused housing bubble has burst, the dollar has plummeted in value, the high school graduation rate has fallen to 70 percent nationally and to 35 percent in some inner cities, and the rates of out-of-wedlock births and single-parent families have skyrocketed, along with the social pathologies caused by both.

• Most Americans can't connect the above dots or even understand basic macroeconomics, such as how monetary policy affects the price of oil. As such, they are being duped by the two presidential candidates, who are complicit in the plan to destroy the nation from within.
  

Recommendations

The following recommendations are in descending order of satisfaction, with the most satisfying action listed first and the least satisfying, last.

1. Arrest Barack Obama and John McCain for their complicity and put them before a firing squad. On second thought, given what McCain had to endure as a POW, let him retire to his ranch in Arizona.
   
2. Arrest Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid for their complicity and put their heads on pikes on the Capitol Mall as a warning to other members of Congress.
   
3. Vote Libertarian.
   
4. Get your money out of the country and in a stable currency.
   
5. Keep your passport current and bags packed.
